Q: What’s the cost of Landkamp 3.12?
A: The entrance fee to cover expenses will be 30€ this year
Q: Why has Landkamp become more expensive (+€10) compared to last year?Â
A: Because of the financial crisis 
No – last year our calculation was a little short. Because of donations later we could cover all costs though. Since this year we want to distribute costs equally to everyone, we raised the fee.

Q: I just wanted to stay for a day and fly my copter. How much would it cost?
A: Of course 1-day pilots are very welcome. For flying a fee of €10 is to be payed. Please remember that there is no flying allowed without the LK wristband! Also a valid insurance has to be shown! Per day 10€ covers cost for power and (event) insurance.
Q: When, where and how high am i allowed to fly?
A: You can fly 24h except during Kontests. Flying is only allowed on the football field and only up to a hight of 100 meters above ground. tent area is a strict no-fly zone!
Q: I need power for my tent or caravan – where can i get it?
A: There will be several power hubs from where power is distributed to you. There is no self-service for installing your power connection. The person in charge will do it.
Q: I’m a hotel sleeper. What do i have to pay just to watch
A: Nothing basically. But please keep in mind that everyone should carry an equal part of the costs.
Of course we are happy about small donations. Those who wish to fly are paying!
Q: I would like be a part of organization and help.
A: Helping hands are always welcome. We will tell you early enough where we need help and support!
Q: I really enjoy things with LED/mirror balls/light beams/LED-Pars..etc. can i bring some?
A: Yes of course – this can be part of the camp illumination!!!
Q: Should i bring my own beverages?
A: It won’t be necessary – softdrinks and draught beer will be available for fair prices.
During nighttime there will be vending machines so noone has to stay thirsty
Q: i don’t want to bring a kitchen. Will there be foods available?
A: The local butcher will offer good food from his barbecue for a fair price again.
Q: Will there be competitions?
A: Yes – if there are participants .
Q: Where can i find hotels?
A: Go to the website of tourist info http://www.ostheimrhoen.de.
Q: I would like to bring wife/husband & kids. should i register several times?
A: Yes, please register every person that comes with you and send us an extra e-mail. This will be important for us since we calculate costs per person. Please also register them for the wild sow meal if you all want to participate.
Q: I will just be there for a day. How mouch would it cost?
A: If you only stay for a day theres a €10 fee. If you should stay longer than a day it will be €30.
Q: will it be possible to put up a pavilion next to a caravan to be together as a group?
A: Yes of course. Place your tents and caravans as you wish. Expand them with pavilions and build small villages. Dont forget to illuminate them nicely. But please note: each camper is allowed to visit all places of the camp. Use this chance to present your LED projects and copters.
Q: Is there a compressor, extension cord, socket expander, soldering iron, bench, zip ties, velcro and the question about the life, the universe and all the rest?
A: No – we can’t take care of everything. We will give you the camp – you will bring your needed equipment
